Illegal immigrants are not Criminials. They have not committed crime. They simply entered the country without valid visa.or authority to cross the border. The entry can be legalized by authentication of their entry in the country. It is thus clear that they are not ciminals except that they have entered the country without valid permission.

Well let me ask you this do you think your the only people in the world that are unfortunate liking for a better life for your family. By god no. You think your the only ones that have a long wait? Think again. If you want to be apart of American and what American has to offer do it legally. This way your wages will be better then if your illegal. Your not a criminal. Plus you will be more welcome then trying to come in breaking our laws. We have to obey our laws so why should you be better than us?
As for just legalize the illegal have you ever heard of 9/11! IT would be a easy pass for more terror cells to enter the country. We need to protect the people that live here! So come in legally that we the government know you are who you claim to be. What good would it be to come to a country for a better life only to have another 9/11 happen to us and to you.

Everyone has a right to make their life as good as possible but surely you can understand how someone feels when an immigrant comes into their country and takes jobs that would otherwise goto people who earned their right to be part of that nation, only to have greedy employers hire illegal immigrants and treat them like sh*t (the immigrants) and pay them next to nothing. As long as the immigrant system is dealt with fairly its in YOUR interest to take the legitimate way, you'll be better off and so will the country. To be honest though i dont see why america moans about immigrants when UK has it 10 times bad. Theres 60million people in the UK,just think about that,60million on a tiny island and the immigrants keep coming, whereas USA has a lot of spare land and the can have legitimate immigrants help to just expand onto that, making america an even bigger and better nation. But hey, give me the thumbs down,im just a misinformed dreamer who smoked to much pot today o.O

Due to the fact it is agianst the law to enter the US without permission those that sneak in are breaking a law right off the bat. Making harder for the one's that try to come legally. Some percentage of the one's that do sneak in are attempting to escape punishment for crimes commited in their country of origin and some are trying to get a better life but laws are laws and need to be followed.

Let me make it simple so you can understand -- the US of A has laws. By coming into this country illegally you are breaking these laws. Therefore you are a criminal!
We have no problem with immigrants coming to the US to make a better life, millions of immigrants have and will continue to do so. Unlike you, they did it the propper way and through the propper channels and become a US citizen!! Why is that so hard to understand????

Please try to understand, it isn't about seeking a better life that makes a person a criminal, it is the way the illegal aliens go about seeking a better life. If you choose to become a criminal please accept the consequences and be a man about it. If you are going to become a criminal then why put yourself at risk anymore than you would have to?. Stay in your home country and live a happy life in pursuit of your criminal aspirations.

I'm all for people, who want a better life, coming to this country, but there is a right way and a wrong way. That is why we call illegals, criminals. Just coming to this country and partaking of the many freedoms offered within, but not following the laws to do it, is just plain wrong. Why can't you see that?

well they are breaking the law by sneaking int his country. If we went in to Mexico we would be a criminal and be put in jail for it. So what is the difference lets all gather them up and give them a one way ticket back home and start watching the borders more closely and see how many get across. I am so shocked that you think you would want to be like them. They can get a job but they send money back to Mexico and they don't pay taxes like we do so quite whining and get up and help us stop this from happening because if we don't we may not have jobs for us to much longer to feed our family's.

I think you answered your own question, illegal immigrants means that they are here illegally.
Follow me here
Illegal means againest the law, with me so far, when you are againest the law you have performed a criminal act, still with me, therefore illegal means criminal.
As to giving all of these criminal immigrants citizenship, we would be breaking the laws of our country and we do not want to do that.
I am using the K.I.S.S. principle here.

Those who do not OBEY the law ARE criminals. If you would rather be a criminal, then I am sure you would not object to any jail sentences you might recieve should you get caught.

Because it is a crime to come into America illegally just as it is a crime for Americans to enter Mexico illegally. We can't legalize them. We did that in the 80's and 90's and it only made illegal immigration worse. All Americans are immigrants or decedents of immigrants. All people seek a better life for themselves and their families and I don't blame them. The problem is that the massive influx of immigrants (legal & illegal), coupled with our "failing social systems" is going to make America into a place where people will eventually flee, if we don't correct our governments stance on "taking care of it's own people". And just like Roberto, who advocates "kill all the gringo's", most Americans are just as frustrated and are blowing off steam. No one really wants to kill anyone. I wish you and your family a better life, but what I wish for you the most is for the people of your country to stand up to your corrupt government, wealthy land owners and corporations and take your country back, just like you did when you fought for independence from Spain. Then, the rest of the people of your country, who struggle and suffer each day, could also have a better life for themselves and their families. Who knows, you might be surprised to find Americans fighting by your side. Best wishes and hopefully wonderful holidays to you and your family.
