Reality is the imagination of a world duped into thinking that what isn't real is an adaptation of a mind gone mad..... I mean, really....

No we are not real. We are of the moment, Human Beings. Being of the moment we are all just an illusion, a strong and persistant illusion but an illusion none the less. If You can accept this then You'll be able to manipulate Your world into whatever suites Your fancy and that's magicial. It's what I do and it's why life can be or appear to be better for some Folk than others. Good luck Moby Doo!!

That's a real question, yeah. So here's my real answer for you.
We are the unreal made to be real.
We are the undead made to be alive.
In other words, our mind, soul, etc are illusion. They're real because they were made to believe they are real.
Just like a computer that is programmed to think it is alive, even though it is very dead.
Just like we think we are alive and real because our millions of years of evolution conditioned us to behave, think and believe so.
Others may refute me but it has to do with freewill. If we are real, then why can our life destiny be discovered and analyzed with astrology with great accuracy? Why are we dictated by emotions if we have freewill? Why can't we control ourselves as if whether we want to, or don't want to, are beyond our control? There are a lot more questions but I rather have you figure the rest on your own.

We may not be really real, but it's probably best to bet that we are, for day-to-day decisions.
The reverse assumption immediately leads to difficulties, true or not.
(If we are in fact computer simulations, the best bet for survival is to get close to someone famous and behave in a way that gets a lot of attention.)
If you want to go deeper, you're heading east, and to the concept of maya, "illusion".

sometimes the problem lies with the person asking the question, if the person ask a stupid question then expect to get stupid answers. i don't agree that all questions and answers are fake. some of the answers that i receive are really answers that i dun even expect of.. people actually put their heart and mind into answering the questions such that it provides an alternative viewpoint to the questioner. if the person asks an intelligent question, then there should not be a problem of receiving stupid/lame answers.

this would depend on your philosophy.... in the Buddhist philosophy of not-self people only exist in the relationships they create and their spirits.
In Islam this life is often referred to as a dream with the next life being the true life or the "real" life
peace and blessings to all
