It differs from person to person, but these are some of the things it does: Firstly it usually makes a person very open and they will express themselves in ways that they have never before or say things which they probably wouldn't have said if they were sober.
Some people tend to get aggressive with alcohol and therefore are very unpleasant to be around. That's how fights start sometimes.
Other people become more loving and caring when they are drunk and will tell people how much they love them and stuff like that.
Alcohol is terrible for your liver and kidneys and drinking too much can cause dehydration as well as kidney stones which is apparently more painful than child birth. A kidney stone is when 2 types of ingredients combine and literally turn into some sort of stone and then the person has to pee It out. These 2 ingredients are found in alcohol and if the person does not drink enough water it can form. Water will however prevent it from happening. Alcohol like I said is bad for the liver as it eats away at it. I don't think alcohol changes your sober mental state at all. Drinking too often is not a good thing at all!

Alcohol can make u talkative, giddy, mean, friendlier, etc. depending on ur capacity or tolerance. Impairs good judgment, loosens ur inhibitions, causing u to say or do things u normally would not do, perhaps hurting someones feelings or doing something that would later cause u embarrassment. Long term drinking can kill off some brain cells and damage ur liver. But, a glass of wine, preferably red wine can be beneficial to ur health. Moderation is the key word here.
