If you don't believe in any kind of higher power or religion, you are an atheist. If you don't believe in god or religion but have your own definition of spirituality or god, you are an agnostic.

Most will say the answer to your question is "atheism," and they are correct.

Atheist for Atheism. Sometimes, there are agnostic people and it's people who doesn't mind if god exist or not and sometimes believes in spirits, ghost and what not.
