whether Chatuchuk and other shopping areas will be closed? Anyone pls advise before i cfm my flight.

I think January 1 is the only public holiday here in Thailand, although none of the shops will be closed. As a 97 per cent Buddhist country even December 25 is a normal working day.

Just more crowded with locals joining the tourists everywhere. Chatuchak will be opn as will the shopping areas.

Chatuchak opens on Saturday and Sunday only. all shopping centers won't be closed on all holidays.

no,never.

for cristmas and new year is the season that all those shop are making money(well u know,people shopping a lot on that time) ,so they will not close,never.
