Ok, i know i asked about products that encourage hair growth before...but now i want to know if theres anything i can do, naturally, to make it grow a little faster!?

I heared that when your about to get out of a hot shower, put on the cold water suddenly and rinse your hair...?? True? And drink lots of water??

Come on, anything! I'm totally desperate, this hair cut is killing me!

My friend has hair loss and slow growth problem. She has taken following steps which are natural and good for hair:-
Drink lots of water, eat tomatoes and cottage cheese.
Apply oil to hair atleast 2 hrs before wash. Overnite would be even better.
Plant some wheat grains in a flowerpot and when the shoots are 2-3 inch long trim them and extract their juice; about 1 tablespoon. Drink this fresh juice every morning on a empty stomach.
Try these. all the best

I went to school for cosmetology. There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. There is no product or natural way to make your hair grow faster.Your hair has it's own natural "timer" for when you have growth spurts in your hair( some people think it's something they are doing that causes this, it's not) The only thing you can do is make sure that it is healthy while growing it out so you have less split ends to chop off later. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!! But if you really hate your haircut, go buy some hair extensions at a wig shop (they run around $30 usually) and the glue for them you can get as cheap as $1. They aren't hard or expensive to put on with glue :) They just don't last through many shampoos.

My hair has grown very slowly in the past I would recommend a few things.. Try reading " the best time to cut hair to encourage hair growth" in the Farmer's Almanac. Then have your hair "Professionally " trimmed about every six weeks depending on those dates. Get a wash and set at least once a month and only go to a stylist that YOU can trust. Also change your diet if you can. Drink plenty of water, increase protein, eat your green veggies, fish and try to buy and Eat Organic products. I made all of these changes a few months ago and I see a major difference in my health and the health of my hair. Good luck to you!
