I know i'm not a guy, but why wouldn't you ask the ladies? It's hard to tell sometimes. I am REALLY good at faking it, if i'm not feeling it, but I am also not perfect. There is a difference between mind-blowing sex and mediocre sex. And you'll be able to tell. If I have a hard time paying attention to what you're saying and i'm grabbing you harder than I ever have or doing unexpected things or screaming obscenities, and i'm a proper girl, you better bet i'm having an orgasm. you;ll feel it in her personality. women have more introverted orgasms, where our whole self is affected, whereas you boys are more physical :)

I know you said Guys, but I couldn't help myself. Not all women have the same type of orgasm, and a the same women may have more than one type of reaction during an orgasm. However, most women will have a dramatic tightening of vagina and a will have a release of vaginal secretions making things warm and moist again. I applaud you for wanting to know how to tell. This means that you care about giving, and not just receiving. PS, I'm a nurse specializing in Women's Health. And FYI, most younger women don't even know how to tell until they describe what has happened to someone and are then informed. I know you might find that surprising but it's true.

you cant tell, not ever for sure. the best you can do is demand that she be honest with you, and help you to understand "what does it for her." if shes faking it, well, she stupid, because well think weve done a good job and will repeat the performance, instead of learning. were perfectly and totally willing to do wonderful things for you gals, but you have to be straight with us. And honestly, if you cant communicate about that, you shouldnt be having sex.

Seriously though, other people have already answered your question pretty well. All women are different but mostly you'll notice her body tensing up and maybe a little driving in of the nails. some women will have their skin flush - redness on their chest and face, a bit like blushing.
