What do you think of naming a yorkshire terrier "Yorkie" ?

Hey- I like it. The important thing is it is a name with good strong vowel sounds that your dog will find easy to learn and answer to. It sounds cute and friendly- like your dog probably is.

There's nothing wrong with it I suppose... it's kinda like Pokemon... the name is the species. But this could lead to thousands of dogs named Yorkies, and PetsMart and PetsCo and dog parks everywhere would be all kinds of jacked up.

call your dogs what ever you choose,i think of Scottie is a sturdy call. animals are breds no longer nationalities. no rely his/her call the domestic dog will continuously win once you care or it and unfastened while it relatively is no longer. that's the brawl an animal would conflict with its self if it would desire to reason yet cann't without the coolest judgment of humanity.

Its cute I think whatever name you give a dog will be cute. But you may want to give your dog a bit more of his or her own identity.

well i have 8 of them and their names are lollie,
boo boo,me me,rambo,gizmo,tinkerbell,ittybitty,
kermie....go by it's personality...did you get a male or female? i like the name zoey or cloe and mercedes and call her mercy or for a boy
bentley,bo bo,furby,jasper...the list could go on
and on......email me sometime...love talking to other yorkie owners.
