I need urgent advice - my boyfriend and I spent the weekend on an isolated resort with his friends, he messed up big time on the day we got there and left early the next morning without even telling me, which means I was stranded in the middle of nowhere without a cellphone and with his friends and some of them's girlfriends.
Okay, ofcourse after he did what he did it was over for sure.. To make a long story short one of his friends made a move on me...(just kissing)..
The next day when we were on our way home I realized how wrong I was and felt so guilty, even though we were broken up..still, I feel awful..he's not friends with these people anymore, not after what happened this weekend (they had a fight).
We are back together and I feel I should tell him what happened, but I'm so scared of how he'll react..he has promised to make big changes on his part and things are going so well, I don't want to spoil things. I want to be honest with him, I just don't feel that he'll understand.

Be honest and tell only if you think he is mature enough to understand how sometimes things lead to one another, and how harmless attraction is not cheating. If he is mature, he will either not hold it against you or he will forgive you.
If you dont think he is that mature, maybe you should ask your self the hard question - is he a right person ?
Dont kill yourself thinking too much about it if it was a trivial incident. chill and enjoy life

What good will come from telling him? None will. Instead what will happen is:
1) He'll be made miserable
2) He'll lose trust in you (even if you were not wrong to do it)
3) You will not feel better
4) This issue will never die, you'll hear about it in later fights, it is the type of issue that just simmers.
You may wish it didn't happen but it did, you have done soemthing you regret, don't compound it by doing something else you'll regret too.

If its the sort of reunion where you both say forget about the past we will start a fresh what happened on that weekend needs to stay in your heart forever. Don't tell him.
I don't know why you two are back together because he left you stranded for cry out loud. If it happened when you all broke up then there is no need to tell him especially if it never passed the kissing stage.
However if you two decided to get everything out in the open then maybe it is for the best that you tell him.

He treats you like crap and you cheat on him. Sounds like you two deserve eachother. Next time he's home late from work kiss his brother, that'll teach him. You're just feeling guilty. Live with your guilt, that's your punishment. Telling him just relieves your pain and makes him live with it. To be fair, either live with it or just leave him. Don't take the easy way out and just dump on him AGAIN.

He sounds like a big jerk.
But if you want to be with him, swear his friend to keep the secret.. if you think he will then just let it go.
If you think the friend will tell him then its best to be honest so he doesn't find out later and think you were hiding it from him.
