Dymo tape is the stuff that you use to print labels. In the past this was on a machine that had a big wheel of the letters and you would punch out the words.

These days Dymo also make label printers and stamps.

Dymo is a brand of electronic labellers. The stuff in rolls is the tape which it prints onto.
