ok u mean under arms right??
well shaving is the most easiest and the 2nd u can do is to wax.When u wax it will take at least 2-3 weeks to appear again.and eventually will stop growing when u do it regularly.dont shave in between.always wax and it will be clean and will leave the under arms smooth.
Hope this helps. when waxing apply the wax downwards and when pulling it with the clothe pull it on the reverse side.It will hurt the 1st 2-3 times.gruadally u'l love it.

You could try using electrolysis,it becomes permanent after awhile of having the treatments.the temporary solution maybe the stuff over the counter.Nair,waxing,ect.
