egg roll:
whisk 2 large eggs nicely add to it little pounded pepper ,salt ,1tsp tumeric powder , two finley sliced shallots and 1/4tsp garam masala and beaat well .
roast two slices of bread with butter and set aside..
on a hot skillet add a little butter and wait till it melts ..then pour the egg on it and let it cook for 2 mins until light yellow and fluffy .remove it and place it on the bread spread a chilli sauce or ketchup and eat it .it will stay long and it is healthy too!
milk toast
take four slices of bread
3/4 glass of milk
heat a skillet and add little butter on it when it starts melting.then pour the milk on a plate and dip the bread gently and quickly on both side so that the bread doesnt turn soggy with milk .fry it in butter and sprinkle enough sugar on each side when cooking cook either sides fro 3-5 mins or when the bread comes of the pan quickly . cook on low fire.

A grilled cheese and chocolate sandwich is a great pick me up.
Some grapes, plain tortilla chips, an apple, a wedge of cheese and pickles are good as well.
A cup of hot tea with lemon and a few glasses of water are good.

Hummus and pita bread with some feta, olives, and cucumbers on the side. Don't forget the extra virgin olive oil.
