"Kamusta ka" isn't a Persian word. But if I suppose that "Black bird"'s answer is right, I should say you it means:

Hal e shoma chetore?
حال شما چطوره؟

As I see your nick name is chosen among Persian words, so you should knew the meaning of this word if it was Persian.

This is NOT Farsi -this is Tagalog of the Philippines
