Exercise is a great way. Running, yoga, lifting weights, etc.
Music is also works really well, whether you're listening to it or singing/playing it. I recommend being actively involved - singing, or playing, as it usually feels better that way. If you're going to listen, don't listen to angry music. Stick to softer songs.. jazz works well for me all the time, and so does latin rock.
If all of that fails, curl up and read a good book, or watch a fun movie. Even playing a video game can help.

This is if you are not depressed too...otherwise you wont feel or be able to do this!!!!

Sitting in a warm, bubbling hot tub! I've been under a lot of stress lately, and I know it would definitely help, but mine hasn't been working for almost a year!
