"doesnt that mean the teachings of christianity contridict one another? or does that mean everyones just saying thier opinion according to what they want to think using religion as a way to justify themselves?"
I think you just hit the nail on the head right there.
Even though they are reading from the same book (hopefully), its the teachings that differ. We can look at different versions of the Bible, King James, New American, NIV - outside of small differences they are basically alike. So when then source material is the same but the result differs, then its definately the teachings that differ.
Now, why do their teachings differ? Again you hit the nail on the head. They inject their own opinions into the scriptures because their method of study is wrong and keeps bringing up too many unanswerable questions. Without the proper course of study, any results of study will be faulty and needs to be strengthened by opinions and misconceptions. In turn, by using their own data, they can justify all explainations using religion as their shield.

The Christians that think you can be gay and a Christian at the same time are not understanding God's word. They are approving of a sin that is an abomination to God. They are not understanding what love or judgment mean, according to the word. They don't understand the teachings of Jesus. They don't understand the fact that Jesus is God. He was not just some man, He was God in the flesh. God destroyed 2 cities in the Old Testament because of this abomination. How can one become a Christian and repeatedly, knowingly, commit the same sins over and over, wantonly? You can't. You turn from things that make you sin. You have to make a choice to follow God, not your fleshly desires.
A true Christian would never give approval for sin, in any form.

Yes, you do get a lot of Christains who simply give an opinion. However, I don't think they intend to offer an 'opinion.' The term Christianity has become muddled. Let's take it back to mean "follower of Christ." Many of the people who are telling you that you can be gay and be a Christain are probably the same ones who say you can do whatever you want and still be saved because He accepts everyone. There is some "out-of-text" scripture going on here. He states you are not saved by the law, but by the blood of the Lamb...but goes on to say that the law is not deleted, (for it cannot be, then God would be changing and He does not), rather it is written in the heart of man. In simpler words, when you love a person, you go out of your way to please them. Not because you have to or because you expect something out of it, but because it pleases you to see them happy. Those that truely follow Christ and love Him, will automatically keep His laws because it pleases him. Those that do not keep His laws do not love Him or know him. He says so in Matthew. These people that are saying 'yes' are saying so because they do not understand the whole concept of being saved by Christ instead of the law.

If you imagine the Bible to be an elephant, Christians seeing a different part of the elephant will give a different interpretation. Where humans are involved
there are bound to be contradictions and disputes even with matters of God. That is why in the Book of Revelation all the seven end-time churches were told to have ears to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. It is the Holy Spirt alone Who can provide the correct and most authoritative intrepretation of God's word and all churches should listen to Him and not dispute with one another! God loves all sinners, including the gays and wants to save them in order to make them whole. How can the God of love help them if He rejects them? It it just not right to think God does not love and accept the gays.

Because many church still do not believe in the grace of God that is given through Christ.. before Christ, no one know what is grace..
Jesus's bones is broken, blood shed to redeem us from sins and that make God glad..however, some church do not believe in "once saved always saved".... however, many scripture has mentioned that God will not see our iniquities anymore since Christ was crucified..
the church always have big influences on the people, wise people should know which church is right, which is not.. the wrong chruch will only turn people away from God!!
and for goodness sake.. everyone sinned!! i think when a christian deny his sins, he's lying.. Christian still sin.. just that God will forgive you...not that i encourage people to sin.. if you love him, you will avoid sins... but we are flesh, we are weak, that's why we still sin... that's why it's call Grace.. undeserved favour!!

Its because there are many different ways to translate the bible and add this to your every day life. I stick by Jesus' teaching that the first commandment is love one another as I have loved you. That means that no matter who anyone is, no matter what they believe or practise I respect them and I truly think that God feels the same.

I think your question is completely valid, but I hope you are not implying that other people or religions do somehow have the ability to agree on anything. They don't. No one in this world can agree on anything, not just Christians, and we won't be able to get it right until Christ returns to reign. Until then, we still need to try.

It is in the Bible that being gay is sodomy and and an abomination. A real Christian knows this. Alot of gays that say they are Christians know this too, but don't want to follow what the Bible really says. If you read the Bible instead of asking other people, you would already have this answer.

Agree thoroughly. the respond on your question is by using the fact they're in a cult. A cult that takes the money of others to no longer help all people yet to easily make a bigger church and produce in much additional money. communicate over with any social-worker and that they'll inform you that the church homes very hardly do something to help the homeless or help the damaging. they have their own foundation of regulation which they war to shove down everyones throat, whether it does harm others. They coach non-technology or "faith" fairly than analyzing and getting to grasp. What pastor honestly encourages human beings to question the non-experience interior the bible or the illogical fallacies contained interior the bible. Or admits that evolution is only analyzing information to income. they're taught that they have a venture to "keep the worldwide" from a made up hell and are consistently brainwashed to belong to the church to no longer society. Even their jesus stated Matthew 19:29 and each physique which hath forsaken homes, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mom, or spouse, or toddlers, or lands, for my call's sake, shall get carry of an hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal lifestyles. Mark 10:29 And Jesus replied and stated, Verily I say unto you, there is not any guy that hath left homestead, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mom, or spouse, or toddlers, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, Mark 10:30 yet he shall get carry of an hundredfold now in this time, homes, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and young ones, and lands, with persecutions; and interior the worldwide back eternal lifestyles. it is wise they are able to abandon each and every thing else become a factor of the huge enterprise of christianity and function hundreds of huge church homes and different believers. And all is superb yet their actual "venture" is honestly to construct greater church homes and "keep" different persons so their so referred to as "inheritance" it is honestly outfitted and given by using themselves could nicely be theirs. each and every of the jointly as they become much less and much less educational and care much less and much less approximately this lifestyles. as a results of fact the subsequent one would be plenty greater useful.
