hahahaha, that is really funny lee lee. it is proven that eating after nine o'clock (for most people) causes increased weight gain. which means more weight gain then usual. and laying on your stomach will do... well i dont want to say absolutely nothing but... oh what the hell. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
yeah so your are wrong about it but don't worry. if you are not obese or over weight i say keep doin what your doin. too many girls are worried about the way they look and not giving a damn about there character.
and this is causing the world to have very skinny, very bitchy woman. so be the first- start a revolution. and there is nothing wrong with having weight. larger hips and thighs and breast are attractive to all men. even if they don't admit it because it's in nature to want to mate with someone that is most likely to procreate. larger thighs and hips (aka birthin hips) just means you more likely to keep the human race alive. and with your polished beautiful character... you'll have to beat the guys off you with a stick. well you'll at least have to beat me off you with a stick.

It depends what you eat and what you do after you eat.
When you eat at night, lets say a full dinner, then go to bed, all the chemical energy is not being used so it gets stored as fat. You may find yourself being full, yet completly out of energy because your unable to consume more food, giving you the energy you need.
None of this is confirmed, im jsut going off what I remember from Highschool, Someone correct me if im wrong.

if you eat late and then go to bed, its not good for your health and it might lead to weight gain. Lying down your body will tend to feel even more bloated and in fact you might not be able to sleep. So its best to eat 3hours before you sleep. Hope you change your routine soon . Cheers

short answer === don't eat late and then sleep on a full stomach, if you're not up and about you wont burn off the calories you've just ingested, dont eat after a set time each day 7pm is the latest, no sodas after that either, just water, light exercise, ie a stroll after dinner to burn of the calories and then you wont gain weight, worked for my son, he lost 70lbs and 12 inches off his waste in this way, but its not an overnight thing it took him nearly two years. but it did mean he could still eat his fave foods, just in smaller amounts.

It's not good to eat after seven because your body stores it instead of burning the calories. That's how you gain weight. I would change your routine.

No, lying on your stomach doesn't affect you digestion in a significant way, it might only make you feel uncomfortable. It's best not to eat after 6-7 in the evening.
