I can't keep my eyes open without help - but if I actually hold my eyes open when I sneeze I can do that - they don't pop out, they do roll up though!! I used to do it all the time as a kid to scare people!!!

I just sneezed a few seconds ago and I closed my eyes. I don't think you can really keep them open.

It's not possible - sneezes actually travel at 70mph, and if our eyes remained open, the pressure would make the eyes fall out of their sockets - this way it's much safer for all concerned! AAAAtissshhooo! Beg your pardon!

its not possible partly due to the way our facial muscles clench up when we sneeze, and partly because it is a involuntary reflex action so as to prevent the droplets that come out of our mouth/nose to enter our eyes, sorta like how you would shut your eyes when someone hammers something close to your eyes.
anyway, i think I read somewhere that the impact would be so strong your eyeballs will just pop outta your eye sockets.

good question but i think its been tested or something and it is impossible to do though im sure if forced to stay open you'd ither not sneeze til they're closed or maybe you'll blow up or something, I'd rather not find out.

yes but it's dangerous..i've read an article that says sneezing could make your eyes pop out if they're not shut..

no. u can try if u dun believe. put ur hands near ur eyes, when u sneeze, try to make ur eyes open...(*_*)

No it's impossible.!!!
Maybe with matchsticks under your eye lids, careful they don't go right thru.!!!
