I am not saying to require them to pray but someone saying a prayer what I don't understand is many kids who go to school would welcome a prayer to begin the day for all but because some people that didn't like it as usual got up in arms and denied the rights of others while gaining their rights
who's rigth and who's wrong if it's a matter of choice where is the choice for those who want it/

I consider myself to be a level headed person with rational thought and l have argued this point for years.. Prayer in school is a good thing, the ten commandments in school are a good thing as well.. The only problem l have is when neither of them are in the children's homes..I really don't want my kids educators teaching them how to pray,l feel that if we keep these things in our homes are kids will keep them in their hearts where they belong..

Prayer no, Pledge of Alleigance, yes. I don't feel that students should be made to pray. It's the entire separation of church and state.

not to alarm you but most public schools still have "moments of silence" and everyone still pledges the flag. neoconservative propagandists try to make it seem like the way kids are raised is the problem for everything so you don't notice they are making off with your social security and life savings.

yeah, i think prayers in schools would give children a foundation of morales which is lacking in today's children. of course parents are at fault too, since they don't believe in disciplining their children and in allowing their children to have a say in everything.

No, it will not. It is enforcing beliefs as compulsory that people shouldn't HAVE to have if they don't want to.
