what do you do to make yourself feel better when you have a cold??

Lots of sleep (this cannot be overstated), drink lots of fluids like water and citrus juices, Vitamin C, hot chicken soup. Zinc tablets like Cold-Eeze really work to shorten the duration of colds, but only if taken when you first start to feel yourself getting sick. Once you're miserable, coughing & congested they don't do much.

If you're still sick on the morning of exams, try TheraFlu. It provides good temporary relief, but when it wears off you'll be ready to crash again.

getting a lot of rest is the key to feeling better. if you wanna get it outta your system quick, you're gonna have to take it easy for like 2 days or a day. drink pleanty of o.j.. chicken noodle soup, day quil/night quil, robitussin... i know i'm halfway sick and i got a biology test tomorrow so i been drinking oj and coffee and keeping bundled up. but just stay on a lot of fluids and try to get a good rest if you can.. because if you don't feel better, you won't be able to focus on your test at all. and what good would studying do then? Take care of your body, then when you're immune system is back up then hit the books more... but don't let it stress you.. get better then get studying.

relax and dont feel sorry for yourself. six days is more than enough time to study for an exam. everyday study the material, make note cards and practice tests. you ll be fine.
