Dark beer/stout is Boddingtons in a can. Kinda hard to find sometimes, but they sell it at my local Vons. Stuff is excellent.
On the lighter side, Kirin (Japanese) is a universal favorite. Lite, but with a nice kick. Corona is a bit too light, but XX (dos equis) is very good.
If you like Ales, I like Sam Adams. And one of my all time favorites is Anchor Steam, a SF brew, but it's an acquired taste - too bitter for some. None of these are particularly hard to find, but if you can't Pete's Wicked Ale, Corona, Heineken are all good. And if you have to go with the cheap crap, go with MGD.

arijuana use is everyday, besides the undeniable fact that that is major that you realize the outcome of its use for the duration of lactation. As a commonly used rule, you should abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and medicines (maximum prescription and over the counter drugs, and all leisure kinds) even as pregnant and lactation. There are few printed comments on the outcome of marijuana on breastfed little ones. some study recommend that one-time use of marijuana leaves purely minute quantities of THC, the lively ingredient in marijuana. THC is fat-soluble, meaning it builds up contained in the body with persistent use. After a breastfeeding mom makes use of marijuana, THC is clear in her toddler's urine and stools (Perez-Reyes and Wall, 1982). Any secondhand smoke the toddler is uncovered to will develop the quantity of the drug he receives. And animal study aspect out that marijuana may suppress lactation. It stands to reason that an toddler uncovered to tremendous parts of secondhand smoke might want to grow to be too torpid to nurse. The mixed consequences of a lot less breast milk and a lot less suckling from the toddler might want to extra depress the mum's milk grant and create complications for the toddler.

In my opinion, nothing beats Guiness Extra Stout, but for something smoother (yet more expensive, about $9.00 a six pack) Belhaven is very good, also Dos Equis Amber.
