I would think that should be a matter for the vet to check. Often, excessive vomiting and licking is caused by infected anal sacs..They cause a generalized infection..including a sore throat, which causes excessive licking..

It is not good that it is throwing up. Is it keeping down food and water? You can tell if the dog is dehydrated by pulling up the scruff on its neck and if it stays up the dog is dehydrated. I know it is obvious but sounds like your dog needs to go to the vet.

Your dog is stupid and inbread and probably doesen't have a sense of taste. Withought a sense of taste how can you tell what is good or bad? Usually stuff that tastes good is good for you and stuff that is poisonous tastes like ****.
