Depends on individual, you can try to do it, and if you can't sleep then you need to leave allowance for your bedtime. Or you can spare some time during your lunch break and go for a short exercise. Good luck!!

Not always. Sometimes the adrenaline is pumping and keeps you awake. Might want to try incorporating exercise in while you get ready for work.If you do decide to go ahead with late exercising then i suggest give your body an hour to cool down.

It is best to exercise during the day in the afternoon or early evening hours, but you can exercise at night just don't work out too intensely.

I think exercising will make you more awake and make it harder for your body to rest. Why dun you try to exercise before you go to work and sleep earlier instead?

I read tat exercises are best done in the morning anyway ;)

Not a good idea. Exercising at night makes you stay awake at night and it's harder to fall asleep.

Perhaps you can exercise on your days off or on your lunchhour.

Sure it helps. You can use a stepper or any equipment but having been the one on top of your partner is much more satisfying.
