Deja-vu is a feeling your somewhere where you've been before, basically your meant to be there for some reason or another.
added
In the late 19th and early 20th Centuries, it was widely believed that déjà vu could be caused by the mis-timing of neuronal firing. This timing error was thought to lead the brain to believe that it was encountering a stimulus for the second time, when in fact, it was simply re-experiencing the same event from a slightly delayed source. A number of variations of these theories exist, with miscommunication of the two cerebral hemispheres and abnormally fast neuronal firing also given as explanations for the sensation. Perhaps the most widely acknowledged neuronal theory is the optical pathway delay theory which explains déjà vu as being the product of a delayed optical input from one eye. Closely following the input from the first eye (when it should be simultaneous), this misleads conscious awareness and suggests a sensation of familiarity when there should not be one. Although intuitively plausible, this theory is untestable due to the minute times involved in neuronal firing, and inconsistent with reports that blind individuals experience déjà vu in the same way as sighted individuals (O'Connor & Moulin, 2006).

Some speculate that the phenomenon of past lives can answer troubling questions in the present and explain DEJA VU, a feeling that one has seen or heard something before. and according Dr Brian Weiss, every soul plans out its whole life before its born into the physical form, thats why people have the ffelibng of Deja vu because they have experienced it before they were even born.
And in the words of J. Mortimer Granville and A. G. S. Philip..
"Everyone must, at some time, have experienced that extraordinary sensation which has been held to constitute subjective evidence of a previous existence—the feeling that a particular locality has been visited, a scene witnessed, a sound heard, or an act performed, before; when, as a matter of fact, there could not possibly have been a previous experience in the life of the individual to account for the sense of repitition. In explanation of this sensation I submit that "passive ideation", or the reception of mental impressions, which are fixed as images in the mind, proceeds in utero, and that the original idea . . . is, in fact, a maternal idea reflected in upon the foetal brain, and there fixed.
. . . How is the maternal impression or idea passed on to the foetal mindorgan? I suggest, through the blood."

There are various factors for this phenomenon and the quick answer is that no one knows for specific. even with the undeniable fact that some theories incorporate: a million. The recommendations lapses and shuts down for a 2nd then hastens to compensate giving the sensation of deja vu. 2. comparable as above yet with sight and eyes. 3. the guy has a definite attunement with the celebs and is in part/subconsciously psychic. 4. The brokers have replaced something contained in the matrix and you're strolling right into a seize.

I heard Deja-vu was caused from your mind skipping back three seconds so you feel like the situation happened before. I have no idea where I heard it, but I heard it somewhere.
True or not I don't know

none.ts just the feeling you get when you sense that something seemed to have happened before. and it has nothing to do with your right or left brain. and anyway, deja vu is not real at all.

Deja-vu implies that you lived a past life. When you are experiencing Deja-vu, it means that you had been there before that is why it feels so familiar.

it has to do with your memory. It was explained to me once and it really made sense. Something happens and you get the feeling it happened before, that's because it happened again in your brain.
SOmething like that....sometimes the hippocampus does that (part of the brain that stores memory)
