if yes what do you do to cope with it? Ive seen a doctor and they recommended clonazepam but I wouldnt use that medication.

I do. Most of my family does too. I don't do anything for it. I don't want to take medicines for it either. I sometimes have to tire myself out before I go to bed because my shaking leg will keep me up. Good luck buddy, I feel for you.

Yes I get it about once a month, I wouldn't take any of those type of drugs either becoz they're so addictive. I haven't found much helps except exercise.

i do. specially whilst going to sleep and awakening. i just make cycling movements and it kind of disappears. but you have to find out the cause by consulting a doctor. it can also be very serious like kidney failure
