I'm aginst illegal immigration, but I can't help but think this woman is doing more damage for her cause.

All children should be born to responsible parents and cease to be used in any manner to gain citizenship and yes, they should never be used as a political tool to garner obvious sympathy.. I have yet to cry on this one.

I am beginning to think that it is in the best interest of the boy to be separated from his criminal mother. Clearly the mother is using this child and sees him as a meal ticket and an asset rather than a human being. I believe that if the law stated that illegal women with a child that had only one eye would be able to stay, the mother wouldn't hesitate to harm him in such a way.

If your taking about Elvira's son, no, he should be placed with a responsible family member, a kinship, who will provide a safe and stable home.....
Foster care is the last resort.....It is disruptive any way you see it....If Elvira isn't careful, she may lose her son for using him as a pawn.....
I work with CPS, on a volunteer basis and I have seen these cases, where parents put their own needs, instead of their children's needs, endangering them and many end up with their parental rights being terminated
