Was the GPS SYSTEM created after the 19th century? I am doing something for school and cannot find anything on it. I know, it is strange not to find something lol PLEASE HELP! I am appreciative!

Umm dear the 19th century was the 1800's so yes it was. If you meant after the 1900s (20th century) then no. The military has been using it for about 50 years now.

Hahaha. GPS requires satellites to determine to a high degree of accuracy one's position on earth. So - how many rockets were launched into space in the 19th century? Hahahaha!
