I hear that you can run Yellow Dog Linux on PS3, and not only that, but the PS3 has a built in web browser.
It also has 4 USB ports.
can i buy a wireless keyboard and put the reciever in the USB and then just use a wireless keyboard from my couch to surf the web?

yep you can run linux and everything else in your question is true.
it also has bluetooth support and wifi if you buy the 60 gig model.
you can even add a different internal hard drive if you wanted to. the only problem for you will be getting one. it may be a couple months unless you pre ordered or plan on camping out in front of best buy.

the only component that sounds stupid is you calling it PS3 stay (i actual see this as extra of an insult to PS3 vendors). Its no longer PS3 stay, its psnetwork. specific, you are able to. that's what psnetwork is.
