I know picking out presents is such a hard thing to do. For the 15 and 16 year old, they would probably appreciate a gift card to someplace they like to shop - from Hot Topic to Walmart. They probably want to do their own thing. 11 is a hard age. Not a kid, but not a teen yet. Maybe they like to read - a good book. Or maybe a jigsaw puzzle. Craft kits are good too - depending on the gender - a model car, a paint by number, like that. 3 and 4 you might want to ask the parents what the child is into. Mine is almost three and really loves Thomas the Tank Engine. And while the actual trains are expensive, the videos and books aren't. So if you find they like a certain character - go that route. 1 and 1/2 are a bit harder. But you can always go the route of musical toys. Or maybe a nice sleeper. Bibs are usually a good choice as well. But most of all, I think the best solution to all of your problems is to ask each parent for a list of things the kids like or need or want. Good luck and happy holidays.

the boys that are under the age of 11 you could get them a toy. Under 2, get them toys that make noise. 3 and 4, anything with letters and numbers on it.

The older boys... do they have any hobbies? Play any sports? Really like a band? As their mothers what they are interested in. Do they skateboard, play guitar, etc. I always try to get gifts that fit the person. Good luck

For the teens I would get movie tickets, or Fast food coupons. For the subteen a dvd, and for the 3 and 4 year olds, character toys or movies, like Disney, Barney, Muppets, etc. The littlest ones like light up toys or things to bang on.

well you can always do what I do, i have roughly 30 neices and nephews, 13 in one family....I get them all gift cards to game trader. That way they can pool thier money and get a game they can all play or get a few games...their choice. the youngest is 5 and the oldest ones are in their 20's so it seems to work for them all. Good Luck

What is your budget per child? Most items cost over a hundred dollars these days. Clothes are cheaper and practical, but if this year you are willing to spend more, then definitely go for toys., newest xbox or playstation games
