My question is this , me and my buddies were takling 2 are from Mexico , and yes they are American Citizens , How come the Mexican government gets so offended that we want to close the borders and get control over this immigration problem , but on the southern border of Mexico the Mexican Governments troops continually kill, rape , beat and steal from immigrants that sneak in to their country ????????? So it's ok for them to do these horrible things to these people and they get pissed of at us because we want to close the borders ?????? I don't get it someone please enlighten me , serious answers please !

There is really no way to explain why except to say that the government of mexico is totally concerned with what others are doing at the cost of it's own people. It is the type of government that would rather keep more than half of it's people below poverty and at the same time have legislative meeting to petition the American government to allow criminals to walk free in American society. The government of mexico and the people who put them there are NOT accepted as a world class country for just that type of reason.

Because every other country in the world knows that they can do what they want but AMERICA has to set examples for the rest of this sad world. And thats our fault. Thats why we are in the shape we are in. We should have ALWAYS took care of our own FIRST and veryonelse SECOND if possible. It actually works the opposite here, we take care of everyonelse forst and Americans second. Land of the Free is in ALOT of trouble if you ask me!

Governments are clones...our government is probably no different when it comes to these issues...governments seek power and wealth despite themselves and will deny it at every turn...power and corruption go hand in hand...some governments are bold about it...they hold it right out in the open...everyone knows...they hide behind the shield of being a poor country as an excuse for inexcusable behavior...I expect this is what's happened to Mexico as well...

It's the same reason we are racist for not letting them in. But when they are here, we are the lower class citizens and we are supposed to bow to them. Mexicans are some of the most racist people I know. Not only are they that arrogant that they come here illegally, expect us to learn their language, and then treat them like royalty. Too bad they ruined their own country, now they're here to ruin ours......

Of course Mexico has a double standard, but so does US.....Explain to me, why this govt. allowed a known terrorist join the army and become a double agent aiding and abedding Osama bin Laden, giving him sensitive information about our nation's security, and allowing him to remain in the US, giving him citizenship, while he and Osama were planning the 9/11 attacks? Is it stupidity? I think not, more like a double standard....
