The fact that people need to insult to begin with is a real problem. Not the fact that some people actually act retarded and need to be told about it. The fact that we are pretty stupid as a nation and think that money leads to happiness should be insult enough. Thank you.

Applying etiquette to insult now that's sophisticated - I have to admit that personalizing the insult is far more effective.
I can think of one person that the term "incompetent dumb Fuc#" applies perfectly and yet another person's personal insult is a simple statement "blonde" and enough is said. Sort of nutshell's it.
One should put some careful thought and planning into their insult, thus making it more effective. There maybe be a case where "retard" just say's it all, I would not be so quick to rule it's usefulness out.
