you're not over it completely yet.
you need to come to truly believe that the relationship wouldn't have worked out. and then, it'll just take more time.
hang in there. work on making your life good. if you truly find happiness within yourself, and you won't think about your ex anymore.

There is no real reason. It's just something that happens to alot of people, especially if the breakup was bad. You don't want your ex to be doing well, at least not any better than you are doing. I have been there, believe me. It hurts but you learn to move on. You still have to go on with your life regardless of what they are doing. It takes time and you are intitled to each and everyone of your feelings. Hate, anger, resentment, etc. You are also intitled to your own happiness in life, remember that!

It hurts because you still have feelings. It takes time to get over someone you have been with for a while all the time shaired and memories. You need to take things one day at a time. Eventually you will get over your ex and find your self with another partner and starting fresh. i hope this helps.

i understand how you feel. its just because deep inside theres still some care for them. usually if you go out with someone you really loved, they never officially leave your heart. theyre still there. even if your over 'em, theres still a little bit inside of you that cares. and yes a little jealous too... a little jealous theyre happy without you. but hey they probably feel the same wya.. even if they were the ones to dump you. they still care for you. maybe not LOVE you.. but still care for you

Not really I would rather hear she is doing well and is happy than something bad. I would never wish anything bad for her in life.

Yea, that's interesting.. I think it's an ego thing.. you don't want them but you do want them to be groveling to get you back even though you wouldn't go back if they did.. It is very weird but very natural.

it shouldnt. if you loved her you would want her to be happy. and to be completly honest, it makes you unhappy because you arent happy with yourself. try fixing that and it wont hurt you to hear that she is happy. you will be happy yourself and happy for her too. good luck!
