You may suffer from depression and should get help for it.

You may be having depression, cos' its usually then, that people experience depressed mood or sadness most of the time, absolutely for no reason (or what may look like as if there could be no reason). The best thing would be to talk it about with some professional and you are guided right.

While that is the best thing to do, probably you could think over it too that just may be everything is okay in your life, but yet there may be these hidden feelings that you are unable to express, and you yourself dont really notice it, just cos' on the surface everything looks okay, there are no reasons, job, family, kids, freinds, everything looks normal and you may be just feeling ''whats there to cry about''. You have to really self-analyze the whole thing. You may not be able to ascertain and point on anything right now. It would take some time and understand why the feeling really comes into your mind, is it some past experience, some worry for the future, or something about the present that you really dont like, and that you really dont expect to happen.

Think about it. Hope you feel better at a later time when you have sorted out all these issues. And remember, this phase will pass through, nothing stays permanent and everything usually has a solution.

goodluck

I have suffered with depression for years & am actually just now getting to the point where I am able to get off of my anti-depressants & feel that I am strong enough to handle life itself without the help of medication. I have been doing really well with no signs of relapse. Even though my depression is gone, I still from time to time have these episodes also where I could just sit down & cry like something major had just happened to me. Sometimes I feel stupid for having to just put my head in my hands & just ball like there is no tomorrow, but you know, after you do it, you feel so much better!! Or at least I do!! People tend to associate crying the majority of the time as a bad thing, but that's not always necessarily so. First of all, women are emotional anyway, & God knows our hormones can be raging one minute & we can be as mellow as ever the next, so I think just being a woman in general plays a big role in these 'emotional episodes'. It could also be like some of the other people said, that you are maybe just a tad overwhelmed & maybe just don't realize it. My advice, if you need or want to cry, cry. Don't hold it in!! This may be your body's way of just helping you deal with something, even if it is something as minor as hormones. That is why we have emotions, to help our mind & body get out whatever it is needing to. So just cry, there is nothing wrong with it. Just do it until you feel better, & I promise, you will!!

If you cherished them then you definitely could understand that you simply cherished them. Trust me. You might simply be confused and cry on the grounds that of that, otherwise you might cry on the grounds that you care plenty approximately the individual. If anything builds up then crying is a well approach to unencumber the ones feelings. Crying is well for you. So no I don' t suppose that crying over anybody you get a divorce with regularly implies that you real have been 'in love'.

Are you over tired ? sometimes I cry when I'm really over tired and haven't slept and have been thinknig way to much about things I haveno control over. It doesn't really mean anything. Maybe your having a bad day and things pop in your head , not sad thing but just things and you get overwhelmed by a whole bunch of emotional stuff at once.
Being overwhemled and overtired can cause me to cry , so it might have the same effect on you.

It could be either hormones or depression. Make an appointment with your primary care physician and talk to him/her about it. Go into detail about how you feel:: when you have these feelings, what brings them on, anything that may set it off that you may have noticed, how long it lasts. Things like this will be helpful for you Dr to determine if it's depression or hormones and what to prescribe, if anything.

If this feeling occurs once in a while, it's natural and your body is relieving your frustrations and stresses by having a good cry. If it happens often, though (say, more than once a week) you should try seeing a doctor.
