Your rights and obligations are contained in the Users Agreement you agreed to when you accepted the card. Additional rights and obligations are contained in State and Federal law including the Fair Credit Billing Act.

i can't add any more if the user agreement doesn't tell you. you don't need to know it covers most all aspects
