manufactured home appraisals?

I was wondering what do appraisals normally cost and is there certain appraisers for manufactured homes.

Depending on where you live, they usually run abt $300-$400. You can call a bank, mortgage company or other lending institution, to find out if they can reccommend an appraiser. Good Luck, their hard to find.
