The Holy Bible....ALL of it.

The answer depends on what religion you ask. Muslims study the Qur'an, Christianity read the New Testament of the Holy Bible, while Judaism follows the Torah or Hebrew Bible. That is not the final and definitive list of religious texts, but it's a very long answer and not really my area of expertise... (For example, Mormon, who study the Book of Mormon, consider themselves Christians but don't recognize themselves as part of the larger branch of Christianity.)

Well, based upon what the Muslims here say and the Jews and the Christians, it would seem the Holy Bible is the most common demoniator!

Especially since 1/3 the world is Christian!

there is no known "first text" which is the basis of all religions. each has some source matter, usually from stories which were told for many centuries before being put into written form. but no single source is the basis for all others.;
