The other day I opened up and found the following on my screen: **Program C:\ProgramFile\BigFix\bigfix.exe Application has request the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications and support team for more info. ** What is this and where did it come from and what am I to do? I have a windows XP and internet explorer ver. 6.0 and recently submitted a question to you about my FrostWire pgm. not working. Your answer was terrific. Thanks.

it's simple try to delete the folder Bigfix in c:\program files if it cannot be deleted right click on the folder and select props and the check box for read only does not be checked in and restart and delete it
