i need some input i iam all outa ideas i want something really tasty but really healthy thanks oh yeah that dosent take to long to prepare

chicken macaroni salad...complete with carb and protein..with some vegies

boil one box of macaroni
drain...set aside

one cup of diced , gently boiled carrots

1/2 cup raisins

2 cups of pineapple tidbits

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 large chicken breast boiled with salt, then diced..in 1/2 inch cubes...

3 cups of fat free mayonnaise....

cubed cheddar cheese- 1 cup (optional)

mix all ingredients in a big bowl....salt to taste......chill before serving

At Walmart, they sell Birds eye, vegtable stir fry in a jumbo bag in the frozen food section. I buy the one that says Thai vegetables. Inside the bag is 2 packets of seasoning to pour on the veggies while they are cooking.
Usually, I cut up 2 chicken breast into bite sizes and cook it in about a tablespoon of olive oil, then throw 1/2 the frozen vegtables in on top of it and cook it for about 15 minutes and I use only 1 pack of the seasoning.
I put this over cooked white rice, long grain rice or brown rice and it is very healthy and delicious. It serves about 3 or 4 people.

We had fried eggs and pasta. The pasta was good but hard to digest.

i suppose an egg/toast sandwich is pretty healthy, especially if you eat only the egg whites (although you lose certain nutrients), otherwise i might recommend a salad with a vinagerette dressing.
