Hi,I'm a jockey have been for 26 years in Australia,the diet I'm on is grilled chicken or fish mainly with salads or vege's,I drink 1 glass of prune juice every morning just to keep me going,plus vitamins every day..Lots of water too..

I don't know for certain, but two boys in my old school were bullemic because they were on the football team. Another was hospitalized from malnutrition. My little brother is dropping out of Football because his coach is too strict on the weight rules, but he won't tell me what they are.

Most restrict what they eat and alot are bulimic.
They also spend lots of time in the sweat box to take off water weight fast.
The day the race you will find many of them sitting in the sweat box trying to drop water weight.
