Has anyone else tried this? I make it a point to order Guinness Draught and French Vanilla ice cream whenever I'm at the local Irish pub.

One time I was watching the food network and there was a show on about the best ice cream places in the US. One place (I think it was in Colorado) made a Guinness Vanilla ice cream. I think the people that were trying it were expecting something really strange tasting but after they tasted it everyone said they really liked it! Makes you wonder what other good, but weird, food combinations are out there just waiting to be discovered!!!

not even a contest, you won't be able to pay me to eat chocolate ice cream or something chocolate. French vanilla all the way. French vanilla malted milk shake on a real warm day with the potential being sapped from my aching body by doing guide problematical artwork on my olde residing house.

haven't tried it, but it probably tastes something like an Irish Car Bomb which includes Guinness, Bailey's, and a good Irish whiskey. Locate one at your favorite bar today! Oh we drink and drink and drink and drink..... .....and drink and drink and FIGHT!

I am assuing you are kiddin, but have never tried it. My first thought is, if you want to puke just try some ipecac syrup. It is probably easier to get down!
