Hang them in the bathroom, while you have the shower running with hot, hot water. The steam will get out the wrinkles.

It depends on the fabric. If they are washable, you can mist them with water or steam them, or use a wrinkle release like Fabreeze. Be sure to test an area of the fabric first. If they are dry clean only, you can toss them in the dryer on no heat to fluff them, then hang immediately and the wrinkles should hang out. You can also use a dry cleaning bag if the wrinkles are really set into the fabric. You can find them at the grocery store.

If the fabric is washable, throw them in a dryer with a couple of damp towels. Remove immediately when the cycle is completed. If they aren't washable you could steam the wrinkles out while they are hanging up. There is also a wrinkle release product available for clothing that would probably work.

If they are lined, follow the instructions carefully. The manufacturer isn't responsible if you "steam" clean them to get out the wrinkles, and it distorts the fabric/lining.

Sometimes gravity is your best bet - hang them and fluff them occassionally. Eventually the wrinkles will come out.
Contact a designer(paint/wallpaper store) and find out what they do. Be careful with steam irons, they do spit water and you will stain your drapes...
