I want to take admission for my daughter in a school. what are the advantages and disadvantages of ICSC board?

i am confused as in which board to take admission for my daughter?. We are finanacially well settled so want to give her the best education but at the same time i don;t want to give her lot of pressure of study. I asked some parents whoes kids are in ICSC... they said there is not much pressure...and the education quality is good. But the parents whose kids studies in state board says that ICSC has so much of study that kid doesn't get time to play.
Please help me by sharing your views especailly from parents whose kids are in ICSC board.

I am a I.C.S.E student in the 88batches. I felt it has given me an edge over others. ofcourse those days(now there is nothing of that sort i suppose) if it i.c.s.e they used to add +10% to the actual percentage achieved by you, when seeking admissions alongside other. We may say c.b.s.e/i.c.s.e/s.s.c does not matter. if you are particular about your kid having a strong foundaytion my rating would be i.c.s.e/c.b.s.e and the rest..... Of course you are forced to learn more compared to others, but it gives you an edge. this is my own personal experience. I would have loved to have my kids in an i.c.s.e board. but as we have been moving around we had to opt for c.b.s.e. but still i try to inculcate the same methods that were used for us at home. hope it helps.

ICSE or CBSE doesnt matter. However ICSE students have better vocabulary as maximum convent schools follow ICSE pattern and it is followed all over India.
