I just had a baby girl 3 months ago. Before I got pregnant I weighed 120lbs. After I had her I weighed 160. How I did it was cut down eating. Eat 3 meals a day just cut down. Like don't get as much food as you normally would. And don't eat Junk food. Eat vegetable and fruit, you don't have to all the time. It's just they don't contain fat. Usually every morning I eat Honey Bunches of Oat with almonds (contains fiber) allows BM's. Drink water, what I do is buy Crystal Light Tropical Fruit, contains no sugar, the ones where you put them in water bottles and go. Just to let you know I am back down to my original weight and back in size 3's. Believe me this has worked for me everytime. I use to be in a size 13 when I was 16. Oh ya and stay away from too much salt (retains water). Hope this helps. And I don't exercise. You may lose inches at first instead of losing a lot of weight.

You have to define "best".

To some people that would mean following the old rule of losing 1-2 lbs a week. You can do that by cutting back daily calories by 500-1000 or following something like Weight Watchers.

To me the best is quickly so your health will improve, motivation stays strong and diabetes is averted. The quickest is Kimkins.

Mostly protein, no junk food at all, drink mostly water or gatorade; something with very little sugar. Eat fruits and vegetables.

Eat only complex carbs, and for the first week or two, try not to eat carbs.

I lost about 30 pounds when I ate like that.
The best way to lose weight, is to be happy, and not depressed. Your mood can affect your weight and metabolism.

You can eat anything you want, but only eat 1 time per day and only as much as you can fit in the palm of your hand. Other tips include:

Limit your time in front of the computer to 15 minutes per day.

Don't just sit on the couch and watch TV, get off you butt and exercise. Atleast 3 hours per day. You can break it up into 3 one hour sessions.

Also don't just sit there anywhere, keep on your feet for a minimum of 55 minutes per waking hour.

Loss of sleep and high levels of stress are also proven weight loss activities.

NO COFFEE !

Eat some EX-LAX every other day.

NO CARBOHYDRATES ! NO BREAD !

Nothing with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it, and very little else with sugar in it.

DRINK A S H I T L O A D of water. no sodas of any kind!!

If you want to go somewhere, walk, run or ride a bike. Better yet ride a skateboard.

There are a few tips, but it's up to you to make it work.

Look up the sunslim diet. You get to eat 5 meals a day. I was on it for awhile and I didn't get hungry. I lost seven pounds!!!!! Also the idiot proof diet is an excellent one! You eat 5 or 6 meals a day and there is more variety. I wish you the best of luck

a lot of working out (walking, Tae Bo, etc.) while eating healthy salads and vegetables ... they will fill you up if cooked nicely.

This does a lot. But depending on how much you weigh now, a month is a short amount of time to really see major results. Good luck.

If you eat fast food, don't. My ex didn't eat fast food for a month and he lost 20 lbs. I gave it up as well and I'm still losing.. good luck
