Can someone please identify this painting?

There is a very familiar painting (possibly German) of a scene in a 13th or 14th century bakery. Several people are working on bread at various stages, e.g. kneading the dough, placing it in the oven, removing bread from the oven, etc.
Can you please identify this picture?
