You should get your hair trimmed regularly to get rid of any split ends or damaged hair. Try not to wash your hair every day as it does dry it out. Deep conditioners are good for your hair. Frederick Fekkai makes a good hair mask with Shea butter. You can pick up a small bottle and try it out from Sephora. Make sure you use some type of conditioner on your hair if you spend a lot of time in the sun. Also, drink lots of water -that seems to be good for everything! It will probably take some time for your hair to get healthy again. So be patient. Good Luck!

Make sure you get a high quality shampoo. I love Redken Clear Moisture. It has saved my hair more than once. And get some Redken anti-snap treatment. That will also help restore your hair. And blowdrying your hair dries it out too. So take a break from blowdrying sometimes and let your hair air dry. You should also wash your hair less often to give it a break. So from time to time, just let your hair get oily and pull it up for the day.

I suggest you using some Redken products.

Redken's All Soft Shampoo
Redken's All Soft Heavy Creme conditioner( Make sure it is the heavy creme.) This stuff has made all the difference in my hair. I love it.
