What remedies have u actually used that worked? whether it be beauty, home, etc.

i have actually just recently started using BAKING SODA to wash my teeth, to get them whiter, i start off witha small childs toothbrush, wet it, then dip it in the baking soda and brush my teeth top and bottom, then rinse, then sometimes grab the balled up baking soda caused by the wetness of dipping, and scrub it on my teeth, then i rins again, and then brush regularly with toothpaste. I started this on the 7th of november , and have already seen a drastic change in my teeth color! i didnt think it would work but i was willing to try anything...

Be a bit careful with the baking soda. While it works, using it too much can wear away enamel as it's abrasive.

Other home remedies that I've used include drinking a tea of Dandelion greens and Hawthorne berries to lower blood pressure. Dandelion is a dieuretic, but it contains potassium, which is diminished with most dieuretics.

White willow bark contains the chemical contained in aspirin, and is great for minor pain, such as headache.

Slippery elm is good for throat difficulties. You can get it in tablet form at health food stores.

Valerian root is good for promoting sleep.

Of course, Ginger is probably the world's best anti-emetic, and is more effective than dramamine for preventing motion sickness. If you're nauseous, ginger usually helps. Ginger ale, with REAL ginger, allowed to go flat will work. Most ginger ale, from grocery stores actually contains no ginger and is completely worthless.

Raspberry leaves help with morning sickness.

Bunches more, this is just a sample.

Peroxide is much better and not harmful. There are many uses for this such as teeth whitening, toothache, canker sores, cleaning kitchen counters or boards for germs and also for bathroom. Good Luck and Good Health
