I would say she lacks self esteem and is very needy for attention but other then that she is a cute girl.

if i saw her on the street, (honestly) i would probally think nothing.
i seldom look at people on the street, because if i am on the street i am going somewhere and really dont care what everyone else is doing.

if she were in a croud in the street she would be just another person in the way of me getting to where i am going.

however i think that what you really want to know is what do i think of her looks (and i am assuming that the her is probaly you)

in which case i would think that she is pretty, way to young for me but pretty.

however i hate it when women wear tops that have glitter and words written right acrost the breast. this draws the eyes to that area and in the time that it takes to read a few cursive words they automaticaly think that you are a pervert.

I wouldn't think anything about her. I'm sorry, but my beliefs do not allow for judging people. . . . . . .especially by only using a picture of someone and asking me to judge her. It seems that, if this is you, you are looking for affirmation. I will say the picture is cute. But don't look for affirmation from others too much. Be happy with who you are, and if you don't like something, change it. Don't be to hard on your faults, cause we all have em. Don't be too proud of your skills, because someone is always better. Just be the best person you can be and be happy that you are that person.

Kinda cute, hard to tell about physique from the pic, but a nice enough face. Personality matters a lot and cameras can't show that.

seems like you have a nice face and hair... your facial expression gives me the impression that you're a bit of a snob? that's just my view... also, cover up a bit... cleavage (especially at a young age) will get you the wrong attention.
