so i just needed to know its is possible to move from the US to austrilia or canada w/o citezship?

You do not have to have citizenship, but you do have to have permission to come to these countries. You must have a visa. And if you intend on staying you must have permission from the government of that country. This also means that you have to have a sponsor in that country. Someone who will give you a place to live and food and clothing until you get a job. Check with the embassy of the country of which you wish to visit or live in. They will give you the specifics.

You can get a student or working visa, but Ausies don't let you in very freely without working capital. Canada is a bit more easy going.
