Could be a food allergy. Could be mange. There are probably other things it could be. First step is to see a vet. Unless you know what's causing it, it can't be effectively treated and while you keep trying things via guesswork, he suffers.

Eczema is a skin disease that both humans and dogs can have. You can't catch is as it is a generational thing. It causes a great itching feeling that you can't help but scratch! It's basically caused by dry skin. I think all she needs is a good moisturizer! If you bathe her more often and use moisturizing shampoo that will help. Also, give her an olive oil rinse. She'll smell like a salad but the oil wil help her skin stay miost.

She may have an allergy, i.e. to grass (yes, really); or she may have a problem with dry skin--especially if you've been bathing her and treating her a lot lately. If you are not seeing any fleas, I wouldn't treat for them. Your best bet is a visit to the vet.
If you've not noticed any bald patches developing, she probably doesn't have mange. I've not heard of mange being a deadly disease.
Good luck.

She could have mange. The only way to know that is the Vet takes a skin scraping and checks it. That is what it sounds like.
It could be ring worm or allergies too. If you have done all you said I would suggest the Vet next. You have done everything possible you can do on your own.

She could be allergic to something. Take her to the vet and give her a childrens Benedryl pill to help with the itching. Take her tomorrow. The scratching could get infected.
Good luck

She may have allergies or dry skin. try changing her food. I keep mine on a lamb and rice formula, it helps his skin a lot. Also if it is allergies, she may need steroids.
