"Tampoco" is the Spanish version of "neither". If it was "Tan Poco" then it means something totally different: So little. When he puts -ita at the end of your name he's using a diminutive. Sometimes this is seen as fondness or friendly.
Hope this helps.

RE:
What does tampoco/tampico mean in Spanish?
Hi, some guy I work with was being a smart butt and I said I was enojada joking of course, well he replied in a whole Spanish sentence in which I only caught "tampico" or maybe it was "tampoco?" haha I'm sorry it's so vague, but does anyone have any idea what that...

"Tampico" is the name of a brand of orange juice.
"Tampoco" is a word that is used to represent the idea of "either" or "neither", but its meaning depends a lot on the context.
The -ita ending is called a diminutive ending. Spanish speakers put this ending on the name of a person that they care about or feel fondness for. It's a compliment that he would use this with you: it shows that he feels close to you.
Next time he says something you don't understand, ask him to explain it to you. More likely than not, he'll be flattered that you're interested in understanding Spanish.
