The book of Jude. Verse 6 You can try looking in second Peter 2:4 also. This biblical Hell is Tartaroo. I don't know if Hell was actually created for Satan and his demons, but I know Tartaroo was.

I'm not sure of your question. Are you looking for a verse that sets up Hell as Satan's domain where he and his angels punish sinful mankind?
Or the verses that say because of Satan's course he will eventually be destroyed forever?
After all, before Satan's lie and Adam's defection, God had warned that if he were to disobey, Adam would die.
No other punishment was mentioned.
By extension, the individual that led Adam to that choice would also suffer that punishment.
Hence, being cast into the lake of fire. The ultimate end, hell and death also being cast into the self-same lake.

fallen angels have been locked in dungons. also, they come from the abyss or are locked in the abyss this is a differnt place than hell. Satan is bound with chains then thrown in the abyss after he serves Gods purpose weeding out the crop (2nd comming) then he is let out again to decieve the nations after a 1000 years of peace. after that he,s thrown alive with his fallen angels into the lake of fire to be herd of no more.

Matthew 25:41-
"Then he will say to those on his left, `Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."
You may also want to read Revelation 20:10-15, which talks about the final destination of the devil in the lake of fire.
